Optics
OLI-NATURA Scandic-Oil "For Furniture" almost does not emphasise the natural colour of light woods. In addition, the VOC-free raw wood effect oil does not tend to pore marking. Wood is allowed to remain wood and should feel like it looks: pure and natural! It is particularly recommended for oak, spruce, fir or ash. The oiled wood surface looks as if it has been freshly sanded and untreated. Nevertheless, the wood is »invisibly« protected.
Quality
The OLI-NATURA Scandic-Oil »For Furniture« based on natural oils emulsified in water, brings design-oriented and health-conscious living into harmony.
The raw materials used are harmless and are refined in a complex process. It is VOC-free, environmentally friendly and healthy to live with and is manufactured without compounds containing cobalt or oximes. In addition, the hydro-oil is very mild-smelling and produces surfaces that are open to diffusion, creating optimal conditions for an excellent indoor climate.
The dried coating is harmless to humans, animals and plants, complies with DIN EN 71-3 (safety of toys) and DIN 53160 (saliva and perspiration resistant) and is a building product approved by the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt). Thanks to the intelligent formula, the oil-soaked rags, pads or brushes do not tend to self-ignite.
Care
- A coordinated maintenance concept ensures a long service life and the sustainability of the surface
- Dust deposits are simply wiped off with a dry, possibly damp, but never wet cloth
- Regular moist care with »OLI-NATURA Wood Soap« ensures quick cleanliness and regreasing. With »OLI-NATURA Wood-Refresher«, the wood can be refreshed again and again. It renews the protective effect and provides a water-repellent surface without changing the colour tone of the wood. It also nourishes and cares for the wood and creates an antistatic surface so that little dust is attracted
- Good indications of the need for surface care are: When the water resistance decreases and/or the surface feels dry and brittle
- Worn areas that have been treated with OLI-NATURA Scandic-Oil "For Furniture" can be partially sanded and re-oiled without having to treat the entire surface again
